I wanted to take this product for a while before I wrote a review. I am halfway through the second bottle and I can say that it has helped my hair tremendously and my nails are stronger than what they were before taking this. I gave it 4 stars because I have not seen any significant changes in my skin. Would buy again when I am down to the last bottle.

I have been taking these since may. I already notice a difference in my skin, hair, and nails. You do have to take 6 tablets a day, and they aren't small, but I usually take 2 with each meal. It's definitely worth it. I tried powdered collagen, and it didn't work as good as these, and it was a different brand.

My nails have never grown like this. This stuff is amazing. My nails are hard, do not peel and grow so quickly. It recommended 6 a day I only take 3.

Dislikes the fact that you have to take 5 pills but likes that’s it’s only once a day. Great when your in a hurry
