Excellent Potassium Supplement
They really work well. When I am having muscle cramps these work within a few minutes. I take magnesium with them as well. I have used many different potassium supplements, but this works the best.

So far seems to help. Having less muscle cramping with these, take this with their magnesium glycinate also. No adverse issues. Recommend it!
