Makes cutting a hole accurately possible.
Suctions well to clean tile. If you have difficulty wipe the sections down and the wall down with a damp towel to clean it off. The wide variety of drillbit sizes is very handy. I find it’s easier to mount the drill bit into the holder before attaching it yo the re surface that you are drilling. I drilled a hole for a relocated stub out for a toilet. It worked incredibly well, cutting a clean hole. I recommend ripping a chunk off of a sponge, wetting it then inserting it into the center of the drill bit.

Works well for drilling holes in household ceramics
These worked very well. I needed an easy way to drill holes in mugs. Took me about 20 seconds to get through these. Great value and comes with a variety of sizes for the holes.

Who buys planting pots without noticing there are no drainage holes? Me, apparently.
I bought these drill bits to add drainage holes to a small collection of ceramic and clay pots that I've accumulated over the years. Some are small - think 2" individual cacti and succulent pots-- a few in the 8-10'" range, and one 16" monster with walls an inch thick.I'm happy to report that all now have cleanly cut drainage holes, and that it took no more than a minute each for all but the big one, which nonetheless took only a few minutes with the one inch bit. It's crucial to follow the two pictographic instructions: 1) Start the hole with the bit at a 45 degree angle to the work surface and once it "bites" return to 90 degrees, and 2) keep the bit wet. When first starting, keep the drill speed low, and use both hands to hold it in place, as the bit will want to walk.I gave these 3 stars in the durability category only because while the 1" bit did its job, it is now completely worn out and in the trash. That said, these are inexpensive, they work just fine for my needs, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again.

Better Than Expected.
This Diamond Drill set worked well for my DIY replace shower tiles bathroom project. I was skeptical at first because it only cost $10. However, I didn't want to buy an expensive set for a probable one time use. I needed openings for the shower head, faucet, and water spout. This set was definitely worth the money. Pictures included to show the hardware holes made with these drill attachments. We were not overly aggressive. One picture shows when we cut the holes before install, one picture shows the bottom tile hole on the wall, and one picture shows the top hole on the wall.

You get what you pay for. It breaks!
It works okay for 3 holes into granite or quartz countertop, but broke on the fourth. Not meant to last like other known brands, so you get what you pay for.

They cut great, and are still reusable afterwards.
How the Chinese can make this stuff so good and so cheap I have no idea -- but -- getting basically a full set of ceramic drill bits for the Amazon price was amazing -- and -- yes -- they work. I've used one of the medium sizes on three different ceramic coated flower pots and the bit is still good! I have a buddy who was in the building trades who told me there's no way they would cut for that price, and that if they did - I'd have to thrown the bit away after a single use. I guess he bought his at Home Depot. My whole set cost less than one ceramic bit I would have bought there, otherwise.
