Fixed my audio dilemmas.
The audio jack on my docking station was cutting out with all streaming and games. I decided to give the Sabrent sound adapter a try which uses USB and all other USB devices on the docking station are working properly. I plugged the audio jack into the Sabrent and then the Sabrent into the dock jack. The computer noticed a new device and installed the drivers. I streamed a YouTube video and was loud and clear. I then tried a few games and they were also perfect with sound and dialog coming through clearly. This is the best $10 I have spent in a long time that resolved my audio dilemma. Excellent device and would recommend if you're running into audio problems.

Great sound card replacement
I have a newer HP Desktop with proprietary expansion slots. Because of that, when a recent Windows 11 feature update interfered with my ability to use my external speakers, I couldn't install a new standard sound card (which I hoped would circumvent the OS's interference with the existing sound card).Did a little homework and figured I'd give this inexpensive plug & play dongle a shot. To my surprise (and pleasure), it works every bit as well as a good sound card! My system recognizes my speakers again and stereo output is excellent. Bottom line, this is a no brainer. If an external sound card is what you're looking for, the Sabrent should be perfect for you.

Small, easy to use, and does the trick!
Not much to say here other than it works perfectly! I've had this for a while now, and it hasn't failed me yet (knock on wood).

Amazing value for the $$$
So because of Covid, all DJ's are pretty much forced to do streams at home. The issue is that when trying to get good sound from your mixer to your phone, there isn't many adapters that are budget friendly or that work with Android phones. Read this Pixel users... THIS WORKS WITH A PIXEL!!! I can't explain how excited I was to have this little miracle work with my Twitch streams... the sound quality isn't PHENOMENAL but it's night & day better than the horrible Pixel mic or ANY phone mic. NOTE: If you're thinking you can stream good quality audio to IG LIVE sorry to say, you can't through the app. IG always defaults to the phone mic even if you have a setting that allows external mics to work. The only way to get good sound to IG LIVE is through a third party like Loola. Besides that though, this thing is wonderful & I recommend it to all DJ's who aren't on the iPhone bandwagon.

No go on Mac Pro
I tried to use this adapter on a Macintosh Pro, recent model (bought in 2021). It did not work. Looked at manufacturer's web site for instructions (found them) and driver update (not found). The online instructions were the same as the tiny print instructions supplied with the adapter. The adapter did not work at all. the operating system did not recognize the device at any point in the setup and tests process, by which I mean the USB adapter did not appear on the list of attached devices recognized by the system. This computer has several USB-C ports, so I tried several of them. Same result. I unplugged my default USB devices to check if there was a conflict, but this adapter was still not recognized. I could not hear audio output in my headset, not did the system respond at all when I used the microphone on that headset. I think there are two possible causes. (1) unit defect with just this device, which may be common or rare. (2) Wider incompatibility with some computer models, perhaps just those running Mac OS. So, my experience was not good.

Died in under a year
Worked well for daily use for several months until the microphone input stopped working. It's not an expensive device, and I may well wind up buying another one because there aren't a lot of options for dual 3.5mm to USB audio adapters.
