The taste is fine and it has some great ingredients but this particular product gave me a bad autoimmune reaction.

I bought The One about 6 months ago and have taken it only a handful of times. My doctor recommended it for chronic Lyme. 1 tsp. 3 days in a row Made me very sick for days with flu like symptoms. Dr reduced dose for me to 1/8 tsp. The first time I took lower dose, I woke up with achy joints. Took a 2 month break. Tried it again after breakfast yesterday and felt good during day but woke up last night with vibrating body and achy joints. Go slow if you have chronic illness!!!
