Also, some of the instructions were hard to understand — definitely not a native-English writer. For anyone installing this on wood without anchors, I’d suggest starting with a smaller drill bit than what the instructions recommend. Only go larger if the bolts give you trouble. This little tip could save you a lot of time and frustration like I had. Despite the installation hiccup, the reel itself is fantastic. It’s sturdy, swivels smoothly, and rewinds the hose with ease. If you’re looking for a reliable hose reel and don’t mind straying from the instructions, this one is a solid choice. Just be prepared to improvise a bit during installation. Happy watering!

使い始めて１か月ほどしたらロック機能が効かなくなった。しばらく我慢して使っていましたが、どうにも不便なので、修理できるかもと意を決して分解してみたところ、巻き戻しのスプリングとリールを繋げるシャフトが破損していました。樹脂製なので製造上のばらつきか、設計ミスなのか分かりませんが、強度の必要な重要なパーツと思われるので、ぜひ見直しをお願いしたいです。 写真は破損したパーツです。
