Excellent
I am not sure why so many negative reviews, but I am more than happy with Glaze. I tend to change my hair colour often, and I've tried different shades of Glaze, each time with good results. One thing to remember is that this is not a hair dye, therefore it needs to match closely your hair colour. Last one I've tried was blazing brown, on a medium blonde hair. It gives depth and gets rid of brassy and yellow tones. Hair is left with more depth and ashy colour which was my goal. Also, it leaves hair very soft and shiny. People also complain about getting the product out, I solved that problem by completely unscrewing the cap, that way with a bit of shake product comes out nicely. At one point when my hair was lighter, I also used vanilla lights and bronde, also very happy with the results. I always use gloves and don't find it especially messy. I think it's an excellent product as long as we remember to use it as a glaze and not to expect hair dye.

Leaves your hair the same but greasy
All this product managed to do was leave my hair greasier than it was before I got in the shower. No change in colour or shine, unless you count the oiliness. After double shampooing before applying and then rinsing the product out thoroughly, it shouldn’t leave my hair feeling like this. And not even worth giving it the benefit of the doubt and re-shampooing next time since it’s had no impact as a toner or deep conditioner. Don’t waste your money.

Good result but very thick formula
I did get decent results, it definitely toned my highlights well and got rid of the brassiness. However, it is an absolute nightmare to get out of the bottle!! The formula is so so thick, it literally won't squeeze out at all. I've even resorted to taking the lid off totally but even then it hardly wants to come out at all. It's an absolute pain to use. I would also say it's a very small bottle and if you have medium/long/thick hair you are realistically only going to get 4 uses out of it, so its very expensive for what it is.

Glaze - a shiny star in a stupidly designed bottle.
Glaze Hair Conditioner: A Shiny Star in a Sticky Situation ★★★☆☆ Oh, Glaze, you dazzling diva of hair conditioners, you’ve got me torn between love and loathing like a great written rom-com with a bad actors Let’s start with the good: this stuff is pure magic for your mane. One dollop of this caramel-thick elixir, and my hair emerges from the shower softer than a kitten’s whisper and shinier than a disco ball, it smooths and adds variety of tones to my over bleached strands, It’s like my strands went to a spa and came back with a glow-up that screams, “I’m fabulous, darling!” If your hair’s been begging for a miracle, Glaze delivers—sparkling, silky perfection that makes you want to toss your locks in slow motion like you’re in a shampoo ad. But here’s the sad bit and oh boy, it’s a messy one. The packaging is a crime against convenience, a bottle so ridiculously useless It’s like queuing for the loo at a festival only to find some bugger’s nicked all the bog roll—pure inconvenience and a right slap in the face to spending £15.99 on it. Ffs I’ve phoned and even told the company as have dozens on these reviews. Please listen…. This conditioner is thick—think caramel sauce that’s been left in the fridge too long. Squeezing it out? Forget it. You’ll need the grip strength of a bodybuilder and the patience of a saint, and the bottle hole is too small to stick your finger in and pull any out. Instead, you’re forced to shake the bottle like you’re mixing a cocktail in the worlds fastest cocktail competition, guaranteed you will run out of hot water before you’ve got it smeared on your head, which turns your shower into a Glaze-splattered crime scene. I have spent more time scrubbing sticky sparkles off my tiles than I did actually conditioning my hair. By the time I’m done cleaning, my arms are getting a better workout than my hair is getting pampered. And let’s talk about the aftermath. That glorious shine comes at the cost of a bathroom that looks like it hosted a caramel making glitter bomb explosion. The irony? Glaze makes your hair low-maintenance but turns your cleanup routine into a high-maintenance nightmare. It’s like dating someone who’s gorgeous but leaves dishes in the sink for days—worth it, but at what cost? The Thought-Provoking Bit: Glaze forces you to confront life’s big questions. Is beauty worth the chaos? Do we endure inconvenience for the sake of perfection? And why, oh why, hasn’t anyone invented a pump bottle for this stuff? Or just plop it in a tub!!! At least I could get my fingers in it. It’s a metaphor for life: sometimes the shiniest rewards come with the messiest struggles. If Glaze could just get a better bottle—maybe one that doesn’t require a wrestling match—we’d be talking five stars. Until then, I’ll keep shaking, splashing, and philosophizing in my caramel glazed, sticky shower. Verdict: Glaze, you’re the hair equivalent of a Michelin-star dessert served on a paper plate. Fix the packaging, and I’ll sing your praises from the rooftops. For now, I’ll just keep a mop handy.

Even better than i expected
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing – Even Better Than Expected! I’m genuinely impressed with this product. The quality is outstanding, and it delivers exactly what it promises. The texture, finish, and overall performance are far superior to similar items I’ve tried before. It’s easy to use, gives consistent results, and feels like a premium product from start to finish. What stood out most was how quickly I noticed a difference — it works beautifully, looks great, and lasts well throughout the day. The packaging is sleek, the formula feels luxurious, and the results are reliable every single time. I would 100% recommend this to anyone considering it. Fantastic value, excellent quality, and something I’ll definitely repurchase. --- If you want it tailored to the exact product in your screenshot (the Glaze Supergloss Color Conditioning Gloss), I can rewrite it specifically for that.

Difficult to use bottle, very messy and stains! Update after continued use: Causes hair to go green!
I saw all of the fantastic reviews about this product and said I would give it a go. I will agree with the fact that the bottle is troublesome to use, I followed the example of the reviewers who just unscrewed the cap. The conditioner itself stains a lot and you definitely have to wear gloves and be careful with it. After washing it out, I had to scrub the shower. However! The color is beautiful. It covered my hair nicely and left them so soft and smelling lovely. If the bottle was easier to use I would give a higher rating. The conditioner is too thick to go through the pump! Update: After several uses, my hair went green and it has been very difficult to remove the pigment, even after a color remover and lightener my hair has a slight green tint. If you want to use this, make sure to neutralize the tone of your hair first in order to prevent a pigment clash and the resulting of green hair.

I have now purchased this item multiple times. Leaves hair feeling conditioned and color updated. It removed the red brassy faded effect from heat styling between professional color treatments. It does not cover grey hair but this is clearly stated in the packaging.

I have virgin (never dyed) very dark chestnut brown hair, with a natural white streak (birthmark), and the Espresso glaze really enriched and deepened my color! I wanted to tone down my summer brassy highlights and it absolutely did the trick. It’s like a purple shampoo for cool toned dark hair. As far as smoothing, omg! My hair is so smooth and shiny and soft! The scent is a tad strong for me, reminiscent of that Baby Soft perfume from the 90s, and it lingers but it’s not unpleasant. It also didn’t weigh down my natural wavy-curls like some treatments do. Like other reviewers have said, the bottle sucks but knowing that I just dumped about half the bottle into an aluminum bowl before I started for my below-shoulder length hair and that was just enough to get each section really saturated. I also left it in for 20 minutes bc I forgot lol. It emulsifies really well in the shower and rinses clean (didn’t stain my towels). Disclaimer: it doesn’t cover greys but it did tone my white streak violet, so it’s more silver and blends in which is kind of a bummer bc I like it but it doesn’t look bad at all! Also, it doesn’t stain your skin but did ruin my light colored gel mani and cuticles 😂 my own fault for not wearing gloves though. Overall loved it, will purchase again.

After my recent salon treatment, I discovered a product that seemed perfect for my needs: a hair glaze that promised to enhance shine and gloss. I was pleased to find that this item delivered on its promises, giving my previously dull hair a noticeable boost in shine. The glaze did an excellent job of adding a glossy finish, even after a hair color treatment. It’s particularly effective at reviving the luster of color-treated hair, making it look vibrant and well-maintained. With long hair, I found that the glaze lasted through about 3-4 washes, which is a decent lifespan for such products. However, there are a couple of downsides to note. The price is on the higher side, which might be a consideration if you're budget-conscious. Additionally, while it enhances shine, it doesn’t cover gray hair, so if that's a concern, you'll need to use a separate product for that. Overall, if you're looking for a high-quality glaze to add shine and gloss to your hair, this product is a great choice, provided you're okay with the price and don’t need gray coverage.
