I love these shower filters! Easy to install and definitely work. They do not soften the water but they do remove what I call gunk out of water. My hair is back to normal and not brittle. They dont affect my water pressure at all.

My apartment has such hard water the toilet and shower turn dark orange after 3 days of cleaning. The taste of unfiltered water tastes like blood it's so full of iron! And the smell of our water is so strongly sulfuric it stinks up the bathroom when water is running. I have VERY curly long hair, and after a couple months of hard water it was becoming so tangled and brittle I lost inches off my hair from the knots. This filter is EXCELLENT! Had to run the water through filter for about 5-7 minutes before it effectively begins filtering. The filter works so well, there is no sulfer odor, and the water is so clean if it gets in my mouth it tastes normal, and no longer like iron! With water as hard as mine, the filter lasts 2 weeks. The filter is rated for 3 months but a warning: if you have VERY hard water like mine, it will need frequent changing! That said, if you have hard water like mine, it is worth frequent changing! Given a 4 pack of filters is about $20, it's about $10/month to maintain which is affordable and worth it!

I don't even know where to start here. Got two words for you... WELL WATER Ugh! If you know what I mean. That hard mineral water that turns everything white and makes you smell like an old penny after showering, yup,that's what I was dealing with. Wanted to try one of these before I decide to go for the full system filter and what a difference it has made! My body and hair actually smell like what I washed them with, my skin isn't as dry as it was before. I actually look forward to showering again. I recommend this shower filter to everyone who knows what I am saying or was dealing with. It's big and not the prettiest one out there but works extremely well so I don't really care. Its been installed for about a month and I can never go back. Just wish this company made a full house version, I would be interested in trying it.

I like this brand for shower filter. It is very good quality as a water filter, fits well no leakage and easy to change.

At my house the water is very hard, every 2 days I have to scrub down every sink and shower with rust out to remove orange stains it's awful. The last straw for me was going to get my hair cut and my stylist could SEE the hard water build up on my hair and I was horrified thinking what could it be doing to my skin as well 🤢 so I went home and ordered this filter for my shower, before installing it I scrubbed the orange off my shower because I knew that would be my easiest was of seeing how well the filter worked. Installing the filter itself was a breeze super easy and quick. I could immediately tell a difference in the water just the way it felt on my skin and it has made the biggest difference in my hair and it has been 2 weeks and still no orange stains in my shower! Reminder that before the filter it only took 2 days for the orange to return! This filter has literally been a life saver for me id recommend it to any and everyone and the price is amazing. We are so very pleased with the performance of this filter. We have terrible hard well water, the smell is awful and I couldn't stand taking a shower, running our water to brush my teeth, just everything about it. With this filter in place, which is super easy to install and operate. I hooked this up by myself as my husband was out of town on business when it arrived. I'm so pleased with the smell of the water when I shower now. It's well worth the money, the material this is made from looks good, it doesn't look cheap and I'm very happy with the way it does the job.

This helped my dermatitis so much! I no longer get out of the shower in pain from the dryness and itchiness. Although it hasn’t help rid my dermatitis it has improved it a lot!
