SalewaMen's Mountain Trainer 2 Mid Gore-Tex Waterproof GTX Hiking Boot

This is my 4th pair of Salewa boots. This is a newer, updated version and they are even better. After long days of hiking in the Gila NF/Wilderness, my feet may be tired but never a blister or even a hot spot. Well made and a sturdy, comfortable boot.

First Impressions. Boot is super light and comfortable. The fit appears narrow. I wear 11.5 my foot is approximate 4” across at widest point, with a medium to high arch. I selected the same size I wear in a sneaker and the fit was perfect.

Hikes, usually 8 to 12 miles two times a week

Boots are comfortable and nice looking but the eyelets break too easily.

Got these boots for Christmas and they are started falling apart after 6 weeks of regular wear. Never had this issue with Salewa. Very disappointed
