works well...holding up with much use.

I bought this for my son to cover his wearable insulin pump when he plays sports. It stays secure during the game and is easy for my 11 year old to put on and take off. It takes up almost his whole bicep.

I pulled my muscle and was suggested to get one of these to help heal it. It arrived and was tight, I was only able to wear it for a couple hours before having to take it off. Definitely should have ordered the size up but at least the pain is gone.

I have golf elbow. Using this sleeve minimizes pain from it when I play. I would recommend it.

I measured my bicep as recommended and bought the size recommended but it is still too tight. It cuts off my cur

If your bicep is any larger than 28cm, do not get the small. My arm is a loosely measured 30cm and the band is so tight it began cutting off circulation and my arm was going numb within a minute. Very disappointing as the measurements say 30cm will fit but I was hoping that meant "comfortably fit", and not "technically fit". I measured the band on my arm and it shrunk my 30cm arm to 28cm. It would have been good in a bigger size, I may return it for a larger size.

I only gave this 3 stars because I can't really say how well this works if you have the right size. 3 stars acknowledges that the delivery was great - it arrived in one day as promised for Amazon Prime members. (Note that for some reason the Medium has a different delivery timeline, way longer). Back to my review of the product itself - I ordered based on the measurement of my arm, which was at the higher end of the measurement range for a small size, but the small is way too tight for me. It got so uncomfortable it was actually causing more pain rather than relieving it the way it is supposed to. I would have to try the next size up before commenting on how effective the brace is. I would recommend getting the next size up if your measurement is close to or at the high end of a size. I haven't ordered a Medium, however, because I don't want to wait more than a month for free Prime delivery, so I will look at a different brand. It is rather odd that the small and large sizes will be delivered free the next day if you have Prime, but the medium takes over a month!

They are great for the job.
