This vitamin D is highly effective. I was severely vitamin D deficient. My level was about 17. I took it for 8 weeks as prescribed by my doctor at 50,000 IU per week and brought my levels up to the normal range in the mid 60s. I’m now taking about 800 IU daily as directed. I appreciate that it is vegan and easy to take and adjust the dose.

Nothing but Vitamin D3 from Sunflower and Algae, and MCT Oil. 10,000 IU is a good start for the winter months.

I've been adding this to my protein drink every morning for about 2 weeks. No taste, blends without issue, and is an easy way for me to get my Vit D. I've been sleeping better and have more energy with the better quality sleep. Is it the Vit D? I don't know, but it isn't hurting! I despise taking pills, so I always appreciate a liquid form that is tasteless.

I can't say enough about this liquid Vitamin-D! Not only do we have better assimilation with liquid forms of our supplements, but you can pick how much your body needs of it each day with the dropper. Excellent product that I have subscribed to.

It's vitamin D that's NOT from a bovine (or other mammal).....taste is pleasant & it's Alpha-Gal friendly since it is made from lichen. My new go to for vitamin D.
