I bought these a month ago and took them for five days straight. Over that period, I noticed they were definitely helping my memory, energy level, and ability to focus. However, over those five days, I also noticed that my throat had started to swell. I thought it was regular sickness, so I went to the doctor who couldn't diagnose anything, was given general meds, and stopped taking these while taking the meds. It was suggested that an allergic reaction may be the cause so I waited until I felt perfectly healthy again before taking a single dose of the complex again. Next day, the swelling was back, so I'm operating under the assumption that I'm likely allergic to at least on of the mushrooms in this complex. Sadly, this discovery was made after the return window had closed. I'm not going to knock any stars off the product because it's not the manufacturer's fault that I'm allergic. Just wanted other buyers to be aware and watch out for symptoms of an allergic reaction if you are trying a new supplement. Would 100% still recommend trying these though, because I noticed a definite improvement mentally.

I was really struggling with the brain fog that accompanies perimenopause. I wanted to try mushroom supplements after watching the documentary Fantastic Fungi. The research supporting brain cell regrowth using mushrooms was intriguing to me. I have been taking the supplements daily for about a month and a half. My brain fog and general confusion has greatly improved. I’m not saying I don’t forget things walking out of the house, but I’m definitely not putting the peanut butter in the fridge anymore. I feel clearer and I get less frustrated with myself. It’s not a miracle drug, but definitely improves the quality of your brain function.

This mushroom seems to be of good quality. This is the first time ordering from this company. I recieved the order very fast. I will order again.

It has only been two weeks and I’ve taken it daily. The first couple of times I took the daily 2 caplets, I felt pretty relaxed at the end of the day.Mental clarity and focus: I’m still waiting to see the full potential of the product, although I don’t feel as much mental fogginess. We’ll see in the next 2-4 weeks as the website claims a total of 4-6weeks for the product to work with consistent use.

See attached pics. One label is what is shown on website and ads. The other label is what I received. Why the difference? Could it be that the 14,000 mg claim is pure marketing, or at least very deceptive?

I went off and tried a couple other mushroom supplements from Amazon and came back to this one because I think it’s the best! It’s the only one where I can feel an effect! This is my usual now.

Upon opening the container, there was surprisingly and pleasantly no smell!Upon consuming, there was no nausea unlike others I've tried, and the pill was smaller and much easier to swallow. About 45 min after taking it, I did start to get drowsy so I went to sleep for the evening. Since taking this regime up, my sleep schedule and sleep quality has improved loads. And because of this, Im not fully sure if its my better sleep schedule or the mushrooms that are making my memory stronger and clearer but there is definitely an effect! Love this supplement! Keep it up guys!
