Amazing flavor, not too spicy but a good kick.

Grew up in Cali and this was my favorite sauce, it's just spicy enough and full of salty good flavor! I can't find it where I live so I have it on repeat order from Amazon. I've never had a sauce that comes close, this has been a staple in my house since I was a child

This is a tasty hot sauce I first tasted it at a restaurant in Monterey, California. The product is made in Gilroy, California, where they have a yearly garlic festival. It isn't overly spicy mild to medium) and has good flavor. I find it especially good on fried potatoes and hash browns.The only issue I have with it was that I ordered two bottles of it from Amazon and when I opened the package one of the glass bottles was broken and the sauce was leaking out into the protective wrap that it was sent in.My original intent today was to ask for a replacement bottle but Amazon makes it nearly impossible to talk to an actual human to let them know about the situation. I'm tempted just to order some more but am a bit hesitant considering I only got to use one of the two bottles I ordered last time, and who is to say it won't happen again? And like I stated, Amazon makes it difficult to actually communicate directly with anyone about product issues.
