LIHAO Snaps and Snap Pliers Set, 375 Sets T5 Plastic Buttons for Sewing and Crafting

LIHAO Snaps Kit: Right from the start I could tell when I opened the package and opened the container of the kit I received this was of good quality. The Snap Pliers is very well crafted and not flimsy. The tools included work just fine to unscrew screws, a small awl to poke a hole and the tweezer to pick up the caps, sockets and studs that you need to use. There is also included a larger hole punch for a larger snap if you do purchase larger or smaller snaps. This kit will do 3 different size caps and does include what you need to do those. This will NOT do the metal ones. You will need a different snap pliers for those. The colors of the snaps are very pretty and a very nice assortment of colors too. The clips to hold your piece of material are small but not too small and will hold a good amount of cloth or paper. This is a complete kit and is well worth the price and you do receive a lot for the money. The container that the kit comes in has an additional tray inside that holds your pliers and tools and other goodies and your caps, sockets and studs are in the lower half. It is well made and will keep everything together so you can find everything in one place when needed. I attached the snaps to the small hand towels I had for my bathroom. The snaps now keep them on the bar and they no longer fall to the floor. We love that! I will be using this for my paper journals and all things paper as well. Happy I can also order refills for my kit. Get this kit as its definitely worth the purchase. After you do use this, you will wonder how you ever managed without it. So dang easy to use. Love the set good for the price a lot of extra replacements parts for snapper. Easy to use. Works good. Planned to use it on Tj tote - perfect. A lot of projects to button up!

Great variety of colors and easy to use. Each snap set closes easily. Great size fir most crafts and is the perfect thickness... not to bulky. They don't seem to bend under pressure which is good.

Nice tool to have for small projects. Easy to use. Snaps hold better than I thought they would. I only wish it would work a little better on thicker material. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Price was good. Button quality: Snaps are of good quality and work well.

I purchased these to put snaps onto cloth reusable menstrual pads that ladies at my church and myself made for Haitian women. I was very impressed with the quality of the snaps, ease of use, the plier tool, and the organizational case. Everything about them was top notch. We snapped over 200 pads in the course of about 2 hours with 4 volunteers, just passing the tool around! Each person organized their pad and snaps, and then by the time they were ready, the tool was ready. I would buy these again. They were much cheaper than metal snaps that I previously purchased from a major cloth diapering supplier. These were much easier to successfully apply, my 10 year old helped. And the resulting look was very professional. The wide variety of colors allowed us to match or coordinate snaps to the prints and designs on each pad. Only a few snaps misapplied, but each time it seemed to be the user error of either not ensuring that both haves were properly aligned, or over pressing the tool. Both of the above resulted in a cracked snap in one or both of the halves and those parts needed to be discarded. There were a few times that the snap wasn't fully pressed, and as a result, the two halves wouldn't snap together. This problem was easily remidied by re-pressing it. With the remaining snaps, I foresee many crafty projects from doll clothes, to little bags.

I bought these to convert a nightgown with button front to snaps instead for easy access nursing for new baby in a few days. The snap color selection allowed me to find a perfect match to compliment the night gown print. The snaps were easy to install.... once you hit a YouTube tutorial. The included picture instructions showed to trim the pokey ends of the snap covers but when I did that on my test run the snap didn't stay together at all. After watching a short YouTube tutorial (I just searched for plastic snap tutorial), I tested again and DIDN'T trim the prong and it worked perfectly. The included picture instructions also had an inset for squeezing where you remove the clear rubber to press the male end. You don't need to do that, it works just fine with the bumper left on. So....super easy to install if you DON'T follow the included instructions and instead follow someone else's. I included a picture of the thickness of folded material I went through and the snaps in the kit worked fine and hold tight. After installing, I checked each snap and repressed any that were a little loose. Once I figured out how to successfully install the whole project, 7 snaps total, went very quickly. I cut the buttons off and used the awl to poke holes where the needle and thread had been for the bottons. Then attached all the snaps to that side (bottom). Then I placed the snap covers in the center of each button hole on the top side and installed the snaps. The snap covers perfectly covered the button holes. I thought maybe they would slide around in the button holes, but they dont... nice and tight. Very pleased with how it turned out and can't wait to use my new custom-converted nursing nightgown.

I can't believe I've been sewing doll clothes with a snap kit. I couldn't be happier with this product. It provides a generous quantity of snaps in a rainbow of colors. The pliers are super sturdy and easy to use. I found simple-to-follow instructions for this exact kit on YouTube. The kit include long tweezers so you can pick up the tiny pieces from their compartment very easily, an awl for marking where the two snaps should be aligned, and multiple other parts I have yet to explore. Within minutes of viewing the YT tutorial, I was installing snaps. I finished five outfits in the blink of an eye. My satisfaction is 10/10!

I am conflicted on what to say. The kit is great, complete and easy to use. I bought this for a romper I knitted for my niece’s baby. The issue I am having is that the snaps are very hard to unsnap. Several have broken. I can’t hold the actual fabric to unsnap because it is a knit which is delicate. When I try to hold on to the button, it comes apart. I did a test run on an old paid of pants and it holds when I use the fabric to unsnap but as you can see it takes some stretching. May be best for heavier fabrics.
