This works as good as expected. I'm recovering from ankle surgery and I've been using this as a cold compress after PT and it's perfect. I read other reviewers complaining that it doesn't stay cold long but I haven't had that problem. It is a little too cold when I take it right of out of the freezer so I wear a sock underneath and it's perfect. If I take it out of the freezer and let it sit out for a couple of hours it's still cool enough to make my ankle feel good. I haven't used it as a warm compress yet but I would recommend this product. The fabric is nice to the touch and the light compression works well for what I need.

I recommend this product since you can use it for cols and heat.the material doesn't look cheap. It's comfortable and easy to use

These work very well but they are painfully cold on bare skin right out of the freezer. You might want to let them warm up for a couple minutes or wear a sock for a layer of insulation between. The directions also say they can be used at refrigerator temp also buy I haven't tried that yet. They stay cold long enough and they are comfortable with no irritating tags or seams. They also work quite well for sore elbows!

Nice texture. Smooth to touch. Easy to pull on. Comfortable and soothing on skin. Follows directions and placed in freezer bag and put in refrigerator. Cold when first on, but not excruciatingly cold. Keeps cold roughly 20-30 minutes, which makes it a nice to know that it has been on long enough if you forget to check the time when you put it on.

I like the way this product easily slips onto to your foot and ankle. It can be used for heat and cold and I have used it for both. The ice mode does not last a long time, but it is still effective. I have since noticed that the seam on one of them has split, so it is not clear how long it will last, but I am still using it and I prefer it to plain ice which is too cold without using a towel or other material to prevent damaging the skin.

Sizing chart is deceptive. I wear a women's 8.5 shoe and my foot as measured like suggested is 12 inches. I initially ordered an XL but it was huge so returned and got the Large which is comfortable and not too snug. Like other reviewers it stays cold for 10-15 min but is simple/quick and soothing.

Broke my ankle in 3 places and these ice gel packs worked wonders! Didn’t have to deal with ice packs because these actually fit your foot and covers your ankles also! Came in pack of 2 so always had an extra cold pack waiting to be used! Kept in freezer when not in use and coolness lasted around 15-20 minutes and very comfortable and easy to put on! Great for swollen and sore feet and ankles!

I have this on my ankle as I write this. The product is superb. It puts delicious cold exactly where it's needed. Other reviewers have complained that it doesn't stay cold long enough. This is an artifact of the gel medium but it's really not an issue. When using ice therapy one should be cycling on and off every 20 minutes, e.g. 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off. While the pack will not refreeze in that time, the solution is to rotate them. I'm finding that having four of these is ideal as the next one will be frozen while the current one goes to the back of the cycle. No solution is perfect, and at this price, having four of these is just not an issue.
