Tony Horton's P90X3 DVD Workout Base Kit

Legit product! I’ve done p90x and p90x2 and this one by far is the most intense and fun one yet! I recommend doing some research and getting some materials needed for some of the workouts (yoga mat, training shoes, pull up bar, etc..) but for the price and what it comes with it’s a great deal! Would recommend to anyone trying to get in shape and improve their diet

This item was as advertised. It's was delivered in perfect condition.

Basically, the 30 minute workout will kick your behind from day one. It's not for beginners. They don't go very slow, so i find i have to back up the dvd and play parts over a few times till i get the motion down. And believe me, the motions aren't even easy, the positions are hard on you lol. You will need a pull up bar, and push up bars if you have them, and maybe a light dumbell, or cow weight. An exercise pad would be nice too if you have as a lot of these exercises are not fun on a hard surface. They recommend a flatter shoe, not running shoe for these exercises as well. Overall will this build muscle? It sure will, will you be able to finish the program is the question lol. Oh and they do have 3 people doing the exercises, the advanced person (way too hard), the normal way, (too hard) and the beginner way, (hard lol).

The product came with all the DVDs for half the cost. The workouts of course are great.

The delivery is very fast, and it is great to give my husband a birthday present.

I would have given this 5 stars, but out of the box, the handle came off the rubberband. It is cheaply designed.
