Very well made and solid construction. I like the cutouts in the back and the different options to attach it to a wall, etc. It's also nice that the back detaches from the sides -- that makes it easier to mount.And while there's an outline showing how you'd make cutouts in the sides, you have to make them yourself, say with a drill or hacksaw.

A bit of a pain to get it attached in the RV where I was putting it, but that wasn't any specific fault of the product. They just take more hands than I have, evidently! It's holding up well.

Box is just fine, but it came packed with chisel head screws? No fun working under a cabinet. Someone needs to get past the mid-20th century.

Very nice product. Added a camera to my back porch and there was no box in the outside wall. Painless install and the black is very discreet.

Excellent product. Worked as expected.

Used this to put an outlet in a black cabinet so it would blend in. Main reason for four stars was that when I punched the center hole out in the back, it cracked and a piece broke off. It worked just fine the way it was but I didn’t push hard enough for it to crack.

I used this box to install a 120V outlet. It works. But the standard outlet wall plate is too big (because the sides of the box slant inward as they move away from the wall). I searched for an outlet wall plate that would fit and was surprised when I could not find one. That's when I discovered, by looking at this product on the Leviton web site, that this is intended for low-voltage network connections. Considering the thin wires used for low-voltage connections, I think that explains why the box is very light weight (it is too flimsy for a 120V junction box).I also was not aware that this box is two pieces: a back plate and a box that snaps to the backplate. I discovered this by accident and it makes the box a LOT easier to install if you separate them first. The two pieces come snapped together and there is nothing with the box or in the description on Amazon that indicates there are two pieces, and it is not obvious unless you are looking for it.The box works very well for what it is intended for. I gave it only 3 stars because I really thought it was for 120V; there was nothing in the description to tell me otherwise.

Somewhat pricey but with a little modification did the job. If it had knock-outs on the sides, I would have rated it at 5 stars but it is about a 4.2 star rating.
