Therefore, NuBest Tall not only helps children and teens achieve maximum height when they are in their mature ages, but also supports their overall health. - Doctor Plus works for children and teenagers from the ages of 10 to 20. It contains Calcium, Collagen, Vitamin K2, Vitamin D3, precious herb and minerals. It provides essential minerals and vitamins for children and teenagers to help them grow taller and support their brain development. - Grow Power works for children and teenagers from the ages of 10 to 20. Grow Power contains Calcium, DHA, Vitamin D3, Phosphorus, Magnesium and other minerals and nutrients. Grow Power provides essential vitamins and minerals for the height growth in children and teenagers. (*) If your daughter drinks milk regularly, using NuBest Tall will be more appropriate. If she drinks little milk or cannot drink milk, using Doctor Plus or Grow Power will be more appropriate. Our products must be continuously used for a period of at least 6 months to see the results. At the peak of puberty (mostly about 10-14 years old), people can grow up to 4-6 inches per year. Towards the end of puberty, people can only grow 1-2 inches per year even in optimal conditions (growth plates are still open and the user takes supplements regularly in combination with nutritious diets, proper sleep patterns, and frequent exercise). Our height growth supplements should be taken continuously for a course of at least 6 months to make visible changes in height growth. Users are recommended to take capsules regularly until their growth plates close completely to achieve the optimal height. The results may vary from person to person. In order to get the best results, You should follow the recommended dosage, ensure frequent exercise, proper nutrition, good sleep patterns and healthy living habits. - About exercise: You should frequently exercise or play sports that are good for height growth such as swimming, basketball, volleyball, badminton, cycling, yoga, stretching exercises, etc. - About nutrition: You should have a healthy and nutritious diet (more protein, vitamin C, vitamin D3, K2 in daily meals) and avoid overusing sugary foods, greasy foods as well as some drinks like coffee, wine, beer, carbonated water and other stimulants. Frasco y no veo los resultados que ofrecen, he sido constante en dárselo para estar segura de llevar una secuencia, note mejores resultados con otro simplemente de gomitas y mucho más barato. Im giving this one to my teenager son since last year, looks that worked because hi is 3 inches taller than last summer. Also good nutrition and exercise is a key. I like they have Zinc, magnesium and K2 in the formula.
