Won't stop Sjogrens severe dry eyes, but it definitely helps relieve swelling around eyelids, eye pain if used cold through the day, lunchbreaks etc and it helps soothe dry eyes, clear tear ducts if used hot/warm through night.

Its ok.I like the soft material. Apart from that Its not flexible enought does not sit/ mold around your eyes nicely, almost as too big for eye use purpose.Have only used as cold mask. Not warm as i have other masks for microwave only.
