Q: Is this for dogs who are 11 lbs? or is it too heavy

It would definitely be a little two heavy. My little dude is 20 pounds and I really only use this for hikes since it’s a bit tougher. But it was definitely heavy on him till he was about 17-18pounds.

Q: Does the bungee attachment add additional length, or is this included in the length overall of the leash (ex: 16 feet 1/2 lead only?)

Yes it is a separate piece and adds a little length.

Relaxed but basically 6 feet total. Nice!

Q: Can I buy the bungee separately, or do I need to buy the leash too?
