I've seen more beautiful carving boards, but for functionality, this takes some beating. Easy to clean, kind to your knives and will hold quite a lot of juice in the base. The alternative flat size is a bonus.

Bought this to replace my very old one . Top quality chopping board on one side and carving meat on the other side . The large size is big enough if I’m honest . Arrived the next day . Highly recommend and on special price was a bonus

A really nice chopping board by Joseph Joseph. . It is non-slip and double sided but the meat spikes could be slightly bigger. Cleans easily and really well without the need to put in the dishwasher. Would have liked it a little bigger for family roasts but perfectly big enough for two.. I found it useful to place kitchen roll down the groove to soak up excessive chicken juices/fat to avoid juices running all over the counter top whilst standing. I have not found it scratch resistant however; slight cutting scratches on first use Would recommend and buy again but feel it’s up to the individual as to whether or not they would buy.

Really pleased with is. I wanted to replace on old metal carving board but didn’t want wood. This feels of great quality and is a great size for joints of meat up to approx 2-3 kg. Great grip on the joint and the added bonus of catching all the juices. Yes it does make with the carving knife but would expect it to. Goes in the dishwasher no problem.

The wife wanted a new carving board and having used JJ boards before she saw this one. It arrived within the promised time and in perfect condition. Works fine, holds the meat in place and stops the juices running all over the place. Good quality, although as with a JJ products, they come at a premium, but as they say "Happy wife, happy life"

Well designed and most importantly dish washer proof ! Bought as a gift for my husband but really a gift for me because I hate hand washing wooden carving boards. Highly recommended 👍🏼

This chopping/carving board is just what I thought it would be. My sister recommended it to me. Easy to clean, and holds a joint of meat in place making carving easy.

Just as described. Nice and weighty and edges contained juices nicely. Meat also stayed in place well during carving.

A really nice, well thought-out cutting board. Love the handles, durability, the slope. It’s double-sided, easy to clean. I can already tell it’s going to last way longer than other plastic or wooden cutting boards.

Excellent. Even better than the original one I had which I had for years (but I lost it). Dishwasher safe. I buy the smaller one and that's perfect for a 6 rib beef joint.
