I don’t normally write reviews but this one is something to rave about my! This is the best buy ever! Super fast! Transfer! No lag time! As advertised! It even has a 24 months Warranty that if anything goes wrong with it after 30 days of you buying it - the manufacturer will replace or refund it no problem!! That is truly believing that their product works and I highly recommend it. I bought another one to put in my tablet case! You can charge multiple items at once with a power bank and use as data transfer from usb to tablet. It does not heat up! Best usb hub I have ever bought. Bought another one to put in my lap top bag!

Pros: 1 to 4: My sister’s laptop has a single USB port, so I purchased this cheap adapter and now she’s got 4 USB 3 ports for only 7 bucks! Great deal, now she can connect her wireless mouse, external drive and her phone simultaneously. Plug & Play: In the literal sense, it’s a plug and play product. No need for driver installation or any setup or software, I just plugged it to my PC and it worked. Transfer Speed: Read & write speeds are identical to when the storage unit is directly connected to the computer’s motherboard. I attached pics for illustration where I tested 2 storage unit on my PC/Extension. Compact Size: The unit itself is pleasantly small, the cable is short as well, not too short though, and very thick and heavy duty. The whole unit fits my pocket and easy to carry around. Material: The Hub is constructed with careful attention to details, and looks cool too. I like the matte surface finish. Cons: Safe Removal: Once you safely remove one of the multi storages connected to the unit, all will be safely removed, and not the selected one individually. Feet: No rubber feet are attached to the bottom so it doesn’t scratch or get scratched.

All I needed was 2 ports, but this ICZI Hub was the cheapest that I could find with USB 3.0. So 4 ports was a bonus. Nowhere in the specification could I find any mention of whether it can simultaneously tranfer data. So I expected the worst: that one must flick a switch to the port that one wanted to use or that it switches automatically to the first port that needed to communicate regardless of what any of the other ports are doing. I took the risk of buying it; my hard drive was backing up my computer and my printer was printing at the same time. It does support simultaneous data transfer. Since I wanted to connect my printer and hard drive to my AirPort Extreme so that my family’s computers can print and back up wirelessly, I was expecting that I will need to setup my AirPort Extreme to recognize the hard drive through a usb hub like I read somewhere online. The ICZI Hub surprises me by working perfectly and immediately. It behaved like a part of my AirPort Extreme as if my AirPort Extreme had 4 ports all along. Was there a recent firmware update on my AirPort Extreme that made the setup unnecessary? Did the ICZI Hub fool my AirPort Extreme into thinking that it had 4 ports? Whatever was the case, I couldn’t be happier.

We recently purchased an Amazon OMNI smart TV that only had one USB port. We wanted to add storage AND have the ability to plug in a thumb drive in case we wanted to show photo slide shows, etc. This hub worked perfectly. It is small and works as advertised. We were able to add extra storage to the TV AND plug in a thumb drive to display photos. I would purchase again.

Great product

My 2021 4Runner has only one "smart" USB connection for the head unit. My hope for this USB splitter was to be able to run Android Auto simultaneously through my USB-connected phone, while also playing music from a USB flash drive. Unfortunately, the splitter doesn't make this work. The splitter seems to work fine, but the head unit still recognizes only one device at a time. Not being able to run both seems to be a limitation of the 4Runner head unit, so I'll still give it 5 stars since the splitter is well made and functions as it should.

I used this for two purposes. My PC sits in an area that - for an unknown reason - has high interference. I used a 10' USB extender cable and plugged in my wireless dongles into this hub to use my wireless devices. It is very reliable. My laptop has one USB slot. I have wireless dongles in the hub and wired Ethernet via USB. This easily plugs in and takes up little space.
