In feb of 2020 I hd a bad mtb accident. Crashed into a boulder and separated my left shoulder. Resulted in a grade 3 ac separation. I started physical therapy 3 days later as the dr advised surgery as a last resort. By some miracle considering the grade of separation i still hd full mobility my shoulder was just extremely weak and my ligaments needed to heal. The pain was excruciating. All the muscles in my back were cut up and extremely bruised. For this reason I was not able to rest and sleep comfortably. After too many days with almost no sleep I became desperate to find a way to help speed up recovery. Doing research on my injury i came across DMSO. Researched its medicinal properties and decided to give it a try. I kid u not I was not able to lift my arm at all becuz of the pain. I applied the DMSO on my shoulder and all of my back as well as the cuts i had. Just to warn anyone who takes this it burns A LOT. But if u can deal with it while u wait for your body to absorb it which typically takes about 30-45 min. Also while this is applied make sure its done after a shower or u wash the area very well it will absorb anythinf it comes in contact with. So after the burning went away I felt so much relief!!!! I was able to sit comfortably and stretch and by a dam miracle I was able to lift my arm above my head less than a week out from injury!!! If youve had an ac separation injury thats almost unheard of!!! As another warning the dmso should be applied once every other day or maybe longer as it dries out ur skin easily if applied too much or too often!!! U may also smell fish from the dmso if applied too much. It can be quit a strong smell. Aside from all those side effects its all worth it. I definitely credit this to speeding up my recovery as fast as it was. My ac separation went from a grade 3 to a 2 so surgery ended up not being needed and I was able to do PT very effectively! A month and a half later I was back to work and riding my bike again! Although in the long run it took about 8 months to be able to get full strength and start weight lifting again from my injury. But no matter what now whatever serious injury or bruises i get from the sports I partake on a regular basis I always use DMSO to help with recovery! All the toxins tht cause swelling in pain it breaks it all down and then your body flushes it all out when you go to the bathroom to put it simply to how DMSO works. I will recommend this to anyone to use for any rehab and injury! As long as u are aware of the side effects which for the most part arent detrimental as long as u use it as directed youll find yourself recovering a lot faster than normal! Id give this product a 100/10 if I could!!! I cant say enough how amazing this is!! More people should know about this and the amazing healing benefits it give you!

This an incredible treatment for my knees--I would not be walking today without it! I does take patience; you need to let your skin adjust to it because it will burn a little--then it will itch. however, with time (a few applications--like 4-5) it is the most effective treatment for pain. FANTASTIC! I never used DMSO in any form before this month. A week ago, I was exercising my knees by doing fast cycles of incomplete squats which I have done many times before with no issues. At one point, during one of the partial squats I felt something weird happen within both knee joints simultaneously with no pain or anything I could explain offhand. I kept doing the squats for a little longer and then just got on with my day with no further issues. The next morning upon trying to get out of bed I could not walk because both knees would not bend at all! There was no pain, but I could feel great discomfort like my knee joints were under tremendous fluid pressure inside which was the reason my knees could not bend at all. I was in panic mode not knowing what had actually happened and what to-do about it. I decided to tough it out and hoped the swelling would at least start backing off before the end of the day. It Didn't Happen. That evening I remembered I had acquired the DMSO Roll-On with Aloe Vera. I applied it liberally all around the outside of my kneecaps and laid back in my lounge chair sleeping all night. I woke up several times and applied more DMSO. THE NEXT MORNING, waking up I was amazed at how much more comfortable my knees felt, and I was able to walk relatively easy again with only a minimal stiffness. By the end of the day, I was back to normal like nothing had happened! WOW! I read where DMSO has a high affinity for absorbing excess fluid and expediting its elimination from the system. That had to be what it did for me by eliminating the excess fluid buildup in my knee joints. Great Product!

Seem to work well you do get some skin irritation from repetitive use. I give myself a break and use it once every couple days. Make sure you are showered and cleaned and dried off before you apply.

I didn't experience any pain relief from this product. There also was no heating sensation as it was being used. However, the garlic oyster smell was present not immediately but shortly after use. As I noticed no improvement, it seems this product does not work. There were no assurances anywhere on the bottle or on the marketing page that the plastic was compatible with this solvent. Yet, DMSO packaged in many plastics might dissolve them and bring that into the human body as a toxicant and that could possibly explain the absence of the primary claim of pain relief that seems to be the major reason a product like this is being purchased. Purchasers should demand more info about the compatibility of the plastic and the roller plastic with this liquid solvent in order to not be potentially at risk--not from the product, but from how it is sold in a plastic container. These clear containers should also be in a box so that the product inside of this bottle can be protected from bright LED lights and from the sun, as the experts warn constantly to keep this product away from light which degrades it rapidly. So why are all these sellers selling this product without a nice solid cardboard box for the product to be re-inserted into after each use? DMSO Store supposedly is the expert store on Amazon, but some of its practices, such as this, combined with clear bottles make no sense.

This is a good product, an effective pain reliever, and the aloe is good for your skin, but the smell which is typical of DMSO products keeps it from getting a 4 star review.
