Best goggles I've ever used.
This is the second pair of these I've purchased, and they're easily the best goggles I've ever used. The double strap is great for stability and easy to tighten or loosen when necessary. The nose-piece is really flexible and just works.I also like the look of them with the reflective "metallized" lens but note that you will not be able to see out of them in poor lighting (i.e. night swimming). You can still see fine out of them in a well lit room; every indoor pool I've been to was bright enough to see where I was going with them on.Just like any pair, they're no magic bullet when it comes to staying on in a dive, you might want to pull a swim cap over the top if you have trouble there. Now for durability, these have lasted an average of 2-3 years for me, but I don't suggest wearing them for more than 2 seasons if you swim competitively if they're all you wear. That's normal or better than normal though.

My "go to" goggle
I spent a lot of time looking for a goggle that fit my face well for extended periods of swimming. The best technique is to push the goggles onto your face without the strap and see if they stick for a couple of seconds without popping off. The TYR Velocity is the best for my face shape. While all goggles will claim to be anti-fog, they all fog up at some point. I put a drop or two of water in the goggle cup so that I can shake my head to clear the fog. Somehow at some point equilibrium is reached (temp? humidity?) and they stop fogging. These are a nice color and work really well in sunny, outdoor venues including lake swims.

Great for Practice
When I bought this product, I was really happy with it. I wore them for every swim practice and they worked like a charm. I like the color, adjustable straps, and i like how they are comfortable. What I don't like is that they aren't the best for swim meets. when I dove into the pool, the middle piece just snapped off. i thought they were broken, but they weren't the middle piece just unhooked. so i fixed it. and on my next race, they snapped off again. i was quite upset when i found that they aren't the best for diving in.

Great goggles
I really like these goggles. I have two pair and they are the best goggles I have used. Most other goggles I have used have to be smashed into my face to seal properly, or they begin to lose their ability to seal over time. Not these TYR Velocity goggles. I can gently put them on and they seal great. I have used them for quite some time now and they seal just as good as the first time I used them. I definitely recommend.

Don't try swapping out the nose pieces...
I don't know if I got a defective pair, if I did something wrong, or what, but once I swapped out the nose pieces I could never get the nose piece to stay connected. I would try to put them on and the one side would always pop out. After trying several times I could eventually get them on without the nose piece popping out, but if I dove in the water or moved just wrong while swimming the piece would pop out. I remedied the problem by super gluing them; not the best answer, but it was the quickest and cheapest option when I was on vacation. Since gluing I have had no problems. If it hadn't been for the nose piece problems I like the goggles, they look nice and fit well.

Comes apart
These were great for a while but now they come apart at the nose. We pop it pack in like it’s supposed to be but they come apart when my daughter dives in the pool. She is on the swim team and twice during her last meet they came apart. We can’t use them for their intended purpose but she does use them while swimming at home, so not a total loss.

TYR is a great Brand for all swimmers!
These are great to use in the swimming pool for kids and Adults. It really keeps your eyes protected when you're underwater. They are also very clear to see out of! My son used these when he was a cooperative swimmer and just having fun on vacation.

Googles are no longer anti-glare, anti-fog, inside film has pulled away from the inner gasket
I purchased these googles at the end of last summer and opened them up in Mid-May. I noticed a film inside the googles that was pulling away from the inner gasket and had also "bubbled-up" in places. I decided to try them out in the water. Less than ten swims and the inner film inside the lens has come off and they no longer are anti-glare or anti-fog.
