I am a professional house cleaner and this is the only floor cleaning product that I use. I see, and clean, many different types of flooring and this product has so far been safe for every single one I’ve encountered. It works really well at getting up sticky residue and breaks down dirt quickly. Every time I’ve used it on hard wood floor my client has commented on how nice and shiny their floors look. It has a very very light citrusy orange smell but once you dilute it with water you aren’t really going to smell it after you mop, so if you’re looking for a product that’s going to leave a strong scent after mopping, this isn’t the product for you. But in my opinion, this product leaves floors much cleaner than any product that leaves you with a strong scent after. Make sure you are following the directions for dilution. If you don’t dilute it properly, you’ll be left with sticky residue. If that happens just go back over your floors with plain water to dilute that extra product that’s been left on the floors.

A little goes a long way! This one bottle of concentrate may last me years. The scent is barely noticeable. The only thing it leaves behind is: Clean!I damp mop my floors every other day with a few sprays of the diluted solution and mop picks up every trace of dirt! No chemicals or artificial perfumes or color. Just clean.

Does do a decent job cleaning floors. Very mild scent. I would buy it again.

Absolutely amazing. I bought a bottle of this thinking it would be safer for my dog, I figured it wouldn't clean as well as the harsher chemical cleaners I've always used - Pinesol, Mr. Clean, stuff like that. Boy was I ever wrong. Between the dog and the kid and my utter lack of desire to mop, my floors get pretty cruddy. This stuff just eats everything it touches... in the good kind of way.My teenage son's room is mostly covered by an area rug, but the wall where his computer desk and chair sits has no rug coverage, just the stick-on linoleum type tiles. Between his shoes, dropped crumbs/food, random spills, a steady stream of visiting teenagers, and the wheels on the desk chair.. there's pretty much always a massive build up of black grime that just does not mop off easily. I usually slop mop it (lots of soapy water and let it sit a few mins) then scrub it for awhile with the mop (you know, the kind of scrubbing where you really put your back into it and try not to break the mop handle), then finally rinse. Once I even had to take a brillo pad to the area to get it completely up. I went in armed with this new cleaner I'd just bought and lightly slid the mop over the center of the area once.. intending to just get it wet so I could let it soak and come back later... and it left a completely clear streak everywhere the mop touched. My super helpful teenager who was observing me cleaning his room (SIGH) said "WHOA" and I said "WHOA" too. There was some happy profanity in there too I'm pretty sure.Mopping the rest of the house was pretty much the same mind blowing experience. I have never had to change the water in my mop bucket so many times. My floors have never been so white. Once it dried (without me rinsing) everything was squeaky clean and felt good to walk on with bare feet. My house smelled kinda citrusy, not very strong. I wasn't left with an aggravated cough the next day like normal after cleaning the floors. I'm very sensitive to chemical smells and fragrances.I told my mom to immediately buy this stuff. I wanna shout from the roof tops for people to buy this stuff. I'm never buying another cleaner again.

No streaks. Quick cleanup. Not a noticeable odor which I wanted. Pet safe. Non toxic. What else could you ask for? Price is right. Makes a large volume of cleaner when mixed as directed. Not a lot of hard scrubbing needed. Removed pet odor from the house. Did not damage wood floors. Did not damage tile or grout. Did not damage concrete. I’m impressed with this product. And it didn’t leave my floors sticky.

I gave it 3 stars because it does clean well but over all i wont purchase again. i don't like the product because it does not sud up at all. I don't like lots of suds but owning a professional cleaning company I would like atleast a few bubbles to show the product is even in there. It had a smell in the bottle but not in the bucket or on the floors and I personally don't like that. I want a light scent atleast.

I had been purchasing a different brand for years and it went up in price, so I tried this. It works well. I prefer to buy concentrated because our water is cheap and I don't need to pay for the water in the product. It's easy to mix. We use it in our Robot vacuum as well as when I mop the house. I used it on laminate flooring and it worked well. I have it on autoship, so definitely recommend.

The scent is fantastic straight out of the bottle, but once it’s in the mop bucket, it’s pretty mild. If you’re after a home fragrance or an all-purpose cleaner that smells for days like Fabuloso ( and I say this as a fabuloso lover, I do a final mop with it for the scent) , this isn’t the one. However, if you need something to tackle dirt, grime, and pet tracks, this is your new best friend! I’ve got porcelain tile floors that look worn (chosen on purpose because of our dogs), so I can’t comment on the shine factor. But wow—what it picked up today was impressive, and my house now smells so fresh. I don’t notice an orange scent in the air or any chemical smell in the water. When you walk in and out of the house, you wouldn’t even guess it had just been scrubbed, and I mean that in the best way. It just smells fresh—no odors, no chemicals. It’s amazing! Before today, I wouldn’t have believed I could live without a heavily scented cleaner. I had my husband come walk around barefoot on the tiles because the texture and finish is also noticeably different. He said " wow, it feels like we just laid this tile!" I'm truly satisfied right now.
