Yes, you can use the finished silicone mould/products in Oven, the max temperature it can withstand is 230C/446F;

Q: How long should I mix part A and B?

Normally we suggest to stir the silicone part A and B for at least 2 minutes, and remember to scrape the mixing container walls and bottom, you will have about 30 mins working time after part A and B poured together;

Q: Is this silicone finished mould/product shinny?

Silicone don't differ as shiny and matt, if the project surface is shiny, then the finished silicone will be shiny, if the project surface is not shiny, then the silicone won't be shiny either. Silicone is just copying exactly what it contacted with;
