The product is fine and good for making juice of Amla beetroot carrot and various leaves. It is quick to install and operation is smooth. But you have to have the feel to operate it. You should dice the vegetables not more thick not more lean and provide the vegetables gradually, and sometimes you have to reverse move the motor by switch to unclog the barrel. If it stuck then you have to pour some water in it. If it doesn't work then you should disassemble the barrel. The cleaning process is smooth but if the strainer is stuck then you have to face difficulty. But their service is prompt and quick to get parts.

Wastage of money, very poor working, absolute useless unfriendly product , stopped working within a week time, technician visited after complaint, flatly blamed customer saying misused by using ginger, carrots, bitroot etc. other than motor does not cover under warranty

Best Quality product

It's been a month and am using it every single day without any issues so far. I'm loving it. The best juice comes from watermelon. Other fruits I used are pomegranate, apple, muskmelon. Used carrots, beets, pumpkin and corn. It's advised to cut fruits and veggies into small pieces before adding. I cut them into very small chunks so that the pieces won't get stuck in the feeder and also lot of time gets saved. Easy to clean. Just make sure you clean up the mesh immediately after removing. The one and only problem I see is the length of the wire. It should have been a little longer.

Very poor quality product manufacturing defect are there a single person can not operate this machine and cannot make juice without help of other person

Pros: 1. Very cheap for a slow-juicer, they go for 6-7k with higher wattage so this is a good innovation. 2. Works as expected for a slow juicer, gets you the maximum juice out of each vegetable you put and the waste is very dry and fully squeezed. The juice is thick as well unlike the other fast juicers which waste a lot of your vegetables and give very less amount of actual juice which is also watery. 3. Carrots, apples are so easily juiced through, very efficient with them. 4. Great warranty support, doorstep service. (Yes I had to replace once because Amla got stuck in it) Cons(and these are really heavy) 1. You will have to cut your vegetables into smaller pieces because it cannot take whole ones, or even big pieces since the wattage is low. 2. It struggles a lot with things other than carrots. Beetroot is tough and noisy but it can do it. However Amla(Indian gooseberry) is impossible to juice through it despite cutting in pieces, it is noisy and it finds it very tough to squeeze juice out of it. No question of handling denser vegetables and fruits 3. There is a little bit of an adjusting curve with respect to disassembling and assembling again, it is a little bit of a hassle. Same with cutting vegetables, it is better to order a device that can cut vegetables quickly so that you don't have to do it individually. Overall: A. If you have a budget in this range- better to go for other type of juicers since they are less hassle involving. B. If you want a slow juicer itself, go for higher wattages and up your price range. C. If you want a slow juicer, and have a budget in this range, this is the best option. P.S- Many reviews mention that it doesn't work, please read the manual for that. You have to rotate and fit(with almost a click sound) the upper part(black plastic structure) into the transparent part on the side which has a lock symbol on it. The juicer will only turn on when it's locked. I hope this helped :)

I want to give 0 on the review.i have to choose a rating that’s why giving 1. Hopeless product. The pulp does not come out as shown in the video. It gets stuck. The juice is not clear it is pulpy. Also the manufacturer/vendor is not taking a return and they do not have a replacement product either and also not refunding. Of course because they know they won’t sell this product low grade anymore. I did not know a company like Borosil can make such cheap and deceptive product
