Great inexpensive phone for parents of teenagers who are incapable of not breaking their phones
For the price, and how often I have to replace my 3 feckless teenagers phones because of all their "accidents", this is a great phone.

Solid phone for a good price
I have bought two of these in the last four years. They work just fine and survive dropping over and over. The phone comes with a case and a protective lens cover. No problems in three years of use.

Arrived In 2 Days Perfect Fit For My New Phone
Very pleased ordering late in the day on Friday using traditional USPS for shipping that I got it on Monday just a few days later. Mail was later than usual due to 13 inches of snow over the weekend but it arrived very promptly once the streets are up and running. Great Amazon seller and store, very happy to have protective covering for my new phone

I won't buy another phone at the store
I bought this as a replacement for.my business line being cheap but hell I find myself using it more than personal phone which is a Samsung 21 ultra. This phone has all the bells and whistles for a fraction of the cost just go ahead buy it and saver yourself 1k dollars

3 WEEKS IS ALL I HAD IT!
Got it 3/4/23. Am sending it back 3/23. Can't hear anyone, can't enjoy the little jingles of my games, can't use What'sApp unless I type -- friend can hear me, but I can't hear his response, no music at all etc. TCL -GREAT TVS - not so great phones. Called my phone co. (consumer cell), they spent almost an hour trying to figure out what was wrong to no avail, called TCL who also couldn't help. Thier choice -- TLC was to erase everything and start all over again, BUT, I FIGURED if I did that, who says it would help and IF IT DID, and I got it all started up again, who says it wouldn't happen again? SO . . . I decided if my choice was to lose everything BUT take the chance of repeat ----- then I would rather lose it to the garbage and get a whole new phone and PREVENT it from happening again with a NEW phone from someone else. GOOD IDEA? Yeah, I think so.

Phone works so far!
The phone is responsive. The speaker is not very loud but I can still hear my messages. So far I am happy with the phone.
