Pre Workout to lose weight

Tasty and long lasting energy

I drink pre-workout for two things: taste and caffeine. I don't like super high-stim products because I like my heart in its current state inside my chest. This stuff has a decent amount of caffeine that gets me out of bed, a lot of tingleness that makes me actually leave the car and go inside the gym, and it tastes pretty good! I'd put it on the same level as C4 ripped as far as taste: pretty good, not super amazing. For me, perfect. It does the job, but doesn't tempt me to take more scoops.

Clean Energy Surge

My fave pre workout for a great pump! Especially when it’s cardio day. Doesn’t make me feel anxious or jittery just a good clean energy surge that gets stuff done! I do hair and sometimes drink it after lunch for a pick me up. I just make sure I drink it before 3 pm so I sleep well.

Works Well, but some issues

I've been using this pre workout for the last month and I've had several great lifts with this product. The pump felt great and I've felt a new sense of energy. 5 Stars on the immediate effects of the product. While taking this preworkout, I've noticed that my stomach has been acting weird: diarrhea, nausea, and some constipation here and there (it could be a combination of things). I was trying to find the root cause of my digestive problems, and one variable remained: this preworkout. I give this pre a 1 Star on the after-effects. 3 stars overall.
