I think this is a great tripod for the value. It’s perfect for families. I have three little kids (7,4,&2). They love to put on fashion shows, do concerts, make tik tols, do dances and plays:,it makes it so much easier for me to participate and help them when I can just stick my phone in this tripod and let it run. I can edit it when we are done. This helps me to be so much more hands on as thief “director” and not just the camera person. It is sturdy and easily adjustable and quick to set up. It’s pretty heavy and stays put when a kid knocks into it, the tripod doesn't tip over. It adjusts up to 8' tall which I found pretty impressive. I like that I don’t have to constantly be the camera person and I can actually get into the video! We had t out by the pool the other day and it was incredible to be able to watch myself play with my kids afterwards instead of doing the filming. It’s a super handy tool and my kids now LOVE that mommy is on their movies, I definitely recommend this tripod. It’s a great purchase for anyone but I definitely for parents with kids. It’s a great quality for under $100!

The media could not be loaded.  This tripod is very good, especially for this price range. I’ve seen YouTubers and filmmakers recommend tripods that are over a thousand dollars that are often clunky and frustrating to work with. This tripod is simple to use, with a great latching system for the legs and twist tightening system for everything else. The bubble level works well on the main attachment, and I trusted the tripod and the phone attachment that it came with to hold a pretty heavy phone. I don’t know if I would trust this default attachment with a heavier DSLR with a lense attached, so I bought a fluid head to mount onto this tripod. It was easy to swap out the parts and that worked perfectly. I love how lightweight this tripod is without feeling flimsy, and how compact it gets when folded up. Great buy.

Last week I took a trip to Lake Powell and was incredibly sad when the tripod I bought broke on me. Luckily, this tripod came quickly and was exactly what I needed, and has some features I didn't even know I wanted. The tripod itself is easy to set up, and the red accent color is eyecatching. I love how sturdy this Tripod is. Even without a sandbag holding it down, I would trust it to not fall over in heavy wind (though I would still have a sandbag/weight). The monopod was pretty easy to put together as well. All you have to do is disconnect a few pieces, and you have the monopod/trekking pole.The Panorama Ball Head is perfect. It glides smoothly, and I love that I can get literally any angle that I want. This will be perfect for snagging photos when you want that specific angle. I also love that the quick release plate is so small when comparing it to my old quick release plate. My one complaint is that you have to screw in the quick release plate to the tripod. I would have preferred a quicker way to release the camera from the tripod, like a lever or button.All in all, this is a great tripod and will be practically perfect for me. I definitely recommend it if you're looking for a step up from a basic tripod without paying the price of a professional one. The quality is good, and it's worth the $60.

To be honest, I prefer tripods with a handle that sticks out from the head when using a tripod to hold a camera. I wanted this tripod to perform double duty, though, holding both a camera and a board for plein air watercolor painting. Under the board, such a handle gets in the way. That's why I was looking for a new tripod with a ball head.As a bonus, this tripod is also set for holding a cell phone. It has a cell phone holder that can be easily rotated. Or it can be taken apart and mounted with a second 1/4" socket. It even has a flash shoe mount if you need to put a light or microphone on it.The carrying case is quite well made, with padding and a zipper to close. It has an adjustable strap for carrying. The biggest problem with the case is that it's made to _just_fit_ the tripod, and it took me some fiddling to get the zipper closed again. That's going to be a nuisance when I'm in a hurry. Why do things have to be made the absolute minimum size possible?It comes with a spare quick-release plate, so you could have them pre-mounted on two different cameras. It has a spare rubber-coated foot, too, in case you lose one. And there are two different allen wrenches for adjusting the leg pivots and the quick-release mechanism.

This tripod is so versatile and so well made. It comes with everything you need to hook up your phone, camera, or even an iPad (that has a tripod-compatible case).This tripod is rock solid - attaching a phone, camera, or even an iPad; this tripod does not wobble or vibrate. This is so important when smooth video capture is a must. Also, knowing that the unit will not tip over allows you to focus on other aspects of recording :)I love the monopole option! When filming in a tight space - where the tripod legs can't fit - the monopole is a great way to capture video from high up, without needed much space below.The tripod allows for full articulation of the recording device in all directions, which helps ensure that the right height and angle can be found to record while maintaining stability of the tripod.The height adjustments are solid too, and easy to operate.This unit is well made, of high-quality materials, and should be expected to last a long time.The tripod folds easily and stores in the convenient (included) carrying case - a nice touch!I recommend this to anyone that wants a versatile and well-made tripod.
