After years of buying box dye sets, I decided to try something different. At the local haircare warehouse the stylist on duty recommended this solution. I love it! It isn’t as damaging to my graying hair and seems to last just as long as the box set. I use Wella color charm color with it, and I use a recipe that I found on line. Since I am mixing my own, this bottle lasts a long time with less waste. I never liked my hair before, but now I frequently have women ask me what I use.

I used two bottles for full coverage. I was aiming to get rid to the red brass and cover my grays. It’s darker than I wanted but it should fade to medium brown. It did the job.

*I am not a hairdresser*With the weather warming up, I decided to try and give myself a few highlights. I just cannot justify paying the exuberant amounts charged lately by salons, so I ordered this, a toner, and a package of bleach. I am very happy with this item. It was gentle enough to pull my hair from a 6-7 to a nice 8-9. It has been two weeks and I have added oils and bonding treatments to my haircare but so far so good - my hair is still in great condition, and more importantly, I LOVE my highlights. When it is time to add some more, I will definitely order again.

I got this 40 volumes developer to do my pink pastel hair and it did wonders! Also the bottle is very large with lots of products that will be enough for the whole year.
