This was an OK product, it wasn’t a game changer or anything but helped my water consumption not to be “boring”. There are definitely better options for the same cost.

I have tried numerous workout products. Some good some crap waste of money. This one seems so far so good in it performance. Taste good with 4 to 6 OZ water.
