The camera is working as expected and I would highly recommend it. I did have an issue with the SIM card, but customer service has settled the issue.I had a camera that was infested with ants and it had a complete failure. I purchase this camera as a replacement. The remaining data plan on the failed camera was transferred to my new camera easily thanks to Annabelle in customer service. I am a very happy customer.

Camera works great and app is very user friendly. Customer service has been helpful so far. Fairly affordable at around $150 for a year's worth of service. The cost of the camera itself is very affordable at around $70 and the image quality is as good.

The camera is great. Although it was not shipped with the chip card, I contacted the seller and they immediately shipped it. I will always in the future us these cameras.

Camera works well. Have it set up at me remote cabin. Customer service has been very helpful , Rebecca was quick to respond and help as needed.

update....this piece of junk died in 8 months, customer service is non-existent, they text you at 4am, zero help getting this pos up and running, this is a scam to sell you a cheap pos camera, then sell you the $175 sim card, that's what they are selling data. i have it 600 miles away at our off grid cabin in Maine, picture is ok, had one little glitch when there was a big storm, we have pretty shotty cell signal cause we're in the mountains, but it still works micro sd card is useless, it wont work on just an SD card, but the cloud service is super quick, very poor customer service and the app is not good, this is a cheap camera, i will never buy another ..i would def not recommend this company. update 2nd camera died in 8 months, customer service is in China, have to wait days to get a response keep you updated ...not good, sim card ran out in 8 months, new sim cards are even more money now, and they won't transfer the data to a new sim card, the new camera i had to buy is worse than the old one and it has a built in sim card so you can't even take the old one with data on it and put it in your new camera, what a frickin scam, cheap means cheap, my REO-LINK cameras are 4 years old and are in the weather unlike these junk cameras and they are working perfect and way better customer service, just when you think you know what your doing..smfh just a disaster

I own a large ranch and we often have trespassers. I have purchased close to 600 of these cameras and have them in multiple locations. They have helped me catch both hunters and people attempting to fish on our property. Support has also been excellent. I had a few issues and they replaced both the cameras and SIM cards. THANKS

The camera seems fine but the built in SIM card is a real problem I have six of these cameras the first one I bought the SIM card that came with it was $10 a month 1.8 gig of data (reasonable) the next camera I bought it went to $15 1.8 gig data. I switched SIM card found one for $6 1.8 gig data. The latest one I bought has a built in SIM card no wifi capability so the camera is worthless unless you use their SIM card which is now $20 a month. Way too much for me. I won’t be buying anymore of these a or recommending themUpdate on my first review.
