I had a routine that worked well for going to the restroom which included my apple cider vinegar tonic (+miralax) at night, this probiotic with lunch, and then first thing in the morning I’d chug 8oz of water. 20 mins later I’d use the bathroom. I ran out of these probiotics and thought it wasn’t a big deal. I used some old ones for a few days and stopped using them. I didn’t change anything else and I couldn’t go to the restroom. I was back to pebble poop. I started the old probiotics and nothing. I was so confused. I’m eating whole foods, prebiotic veggies, limiting sugar, vinegar tonic, and doing everything else. Then my subscription to this probiotic came in the mail and I was like “ugh. I thought I cancelled this. I don’t need it. I need to take the ones I have. But I guess since I paid for them I’ll take them.” 1 day later my tummy felt funny. Day 2 I was passing gas all the time -so embarrassing. This morning, I had the biggest crap of my life. I’m sold. I won’t stop taking these again. lol

Like this product and easy to use

these were for my daughter and so far she hasn't had any side effects from taking the supplement. Will report back in a few months.

They work well. However... my first bottle had 4 empty capsules! My 2nd bottle was just fine.

I researched this product thoroughly. This is a very good prebiotic probiotic. I have been taking these for about 4 months and I feel they have really benefited my digestive system.

The printing on the supplement fact was very tiny. Feeling skeptical about the bottle.
