Q: The warm mist feels cool. Is this normal?

Mine is the same. I personally wouldn't call it "warm."; but however it technically warm since it does feel slightly above room temp but quickly feels cool as it shoots into the air.

Q: I can’t tell the difference between the cool and warm mist, anyone else have this issue?

Yes I did too and I returned it. I didn’t think it worked.
