Granger'sWaterproofing Wax | 100ml | Nourish and add water-repellency to leather walking boots

This is a great product to waterproof your leather hiking boots. It's a little bit more expensive than Granger's G wax, but I think it's a much better product. It seems to go on much easier than G wax. It's not so thick and sinks in better. You're not left with a thick gunky layer. You notice the water beading off the boots. I often walk through long wet grass and my boots are well protected. It's cheaper than Mink Oil and seems to do as good a job, perhaps better.

Got it to keep my leather walking and Hiking Boots waterproof. Which it seems to do, although I may be putting on to much as as it seems to be Leaving a sticky surface on the boots.

Really easy to apply and leaves a nice finish on the shoes. It darkens the leather somewhat, from a light tan to a darker tan. Very happy.

My boots were starting to let a little moisture in, so I warmed them up (by putting them in the oven for 5 minutes...... Shhh!) and then applied this Wax as instructed. I later headed out with the dog, hiking over and through wet grass and mud.When I arrived home and removed my boots, Woof! My socks were dry..... Impressive!However, after less than a week of walks, they were starting to leak again.So whilst I can recommend it, IMHO, it's by no means perfect as you have to keep re-applying it, as it seems to rub off!
