The value is outstanding, at least at the time I purchased these, however they are so hard to swallow. I find myself really having to concentrate on swallowing. I take a swig of water and then have to position it just right before trying. Sometimes it still stays in my mouth and I have to try again. The coating is like shellac, sugar based I think? You can feel it dissolving once the water is in your mouth. I take these for migraines, it does help me with severity.

I have been taking these for a couple years now I believe. I believe they are a good source for magnesium. I have taken really high doses of magnesium therapy for about 1 1/2 years and have experienced amazing results. I read the book The Magnesium Miracle by Dr. Dean years ago and followed her suggestions. The results have been amazing. My cholesterol and triglycerides for the first time in decades were perfect and they did not find any calcium in my heart or arteries after taking a stress test and they looked at my heart.Highly recommended.
