I am obsessed with this CAROTE cookware set! The detachable handle system is a total game-changer for my kitchen cabinets; I can stack everything neatly, saving so much space. The non-stick surface is incredible—I’ve cooked eggs, meat, and sauces with almost no oil, and everything slides right off. The handles are very sturdy and secure when attached. I also love that I can move a pot from the stove straight into the oven or the fridge just by clicking the handle off. They are also super easy to clean. Bought these on sale, used a few time already. Takes up very little space, good arrangement of sizes, non stick so easy to clean, handles are super easy. Great price for what you get! Love these pans for our RV. The design allows the to stack in a small space. The felt pan protectors keep the noise down when riding. They do darken on the bottom outside but nobody looks there except me. Have fried eggs with no oil and no sticking. Once cool I just wipe them out with a soapy cloth and rinse. I have only used medium heat as suggested. If I buy these again I will get a darker color. The lids fit nicely.
