Why did you pick this product vs others?:I like this tape much better than adhesive tapes. Because it has no adhesive it doesn't stick to parts that I'm trying to assemble, only to itself. Comes time to take it apart, no problem, cut the tape and it comes right off with no sticky residue on parts. Very stretchy lengthwise so it can bind like a rubber band. Does not instantly bond to itself. If you don't get it wrapped exactly the way you want, you have maybe 10 seconds to pull it apart and try again. Great for fixing tool handles, wrapping bicycle handlebars, etc. Provides a good grip area on baseball bats, tennis rackets, etc. I like this particular brand because it's clear and reasonably priced.

This product is just pure amazing. I use it to seal electrical connectors outdoors. I unwrapped several that were in the rainforest of Chattanooga, TN, and they were bright and shiny like new after 3 years of use. Highly recommended.

This product *works*! From sealing leaky pipes and hoses, to blocking off bugs from a space in a bathtub faucet. I have used it to stabilize joined poles, too. Easy to use, waterproof, it stretches and sticks, sealing tight. I can highly recommend this product! Keep some on hand for emergencies...you'll be glad you did.

First time trying this for a drainage pipe leak. I am hopeful that it works and saves me from spending way more on more extensive plumbing work. Jury still out.

I bought a polar dive cold plunge set up with chiller. I keep the water at 36 degrees and usually add ten pounds of ice before a dip. The polar dive is cheap chinese junk. Leaks like a seive. Connections are all plastic junk. Just cheap as dirt. Every connection on this hot garbage leaked. Great customer service though. They'll send you another leaky POS if you complain. But it's another cheap leaky Chinese plastic junk.This saved the plunge. Absolutely fantastic. Ultimately still had to replace the polar dive garbage with a cheap tub off amazon, ironically the tub off amazon that cost 1/4 of the price as this "name brand" hunk of sheet didnt leak one bit. But this stuff was able to seal all of the plumbing connections from the tub to the chiller unit. Made them dry as a bone, even when they were leaking so much half the tub was drained within a week. Stopped those leaks dead in their tracks. The polar dive tub still found other areas to leak from that this product wasn't intended to be used on. But fixed the cheap chines made plastic connectors perfectly. Highly recommend.

THIS IS SOOOOOO FANTASTIC!!!! I tried other options to stop my cold water pipe leak, but nothing worked......then I saw this & ordered. IT is AWESOME!! IT's also very easy to use. All you do is wrap & stretch this around the pipe that is leaking. It sticks to itself........turn your water back on, AND jump w/joy that the leak is fixed!!!! :>) I used this on a line that is pressurized! It also comes is several colors, if color matters to you.

It is a little thinner than other tape I have used. You just have to use more of it to equal the thickness of the others. I don't think it is as durable because of this. It does adhere to itself very well
