Blendtec "Spectacula" Spatula 100301F

Good replacement after years of use I broke my original. Happy with this replacement.

I was skeptical, but I shelled out the 40 bucks for this gadget because quite frankly, I could never get all the batter out of my blendtec jar. I am thrilled to report that this got all the banana bread batter out. It was like a miracle. No more wooden spoons and rubber scrapers, the Spectacula Spatula does the trick.

Good for almost any "heavy duty" kitchen job. The shape of the blade and handle angle are perfect.

When making smoothies or sauces, really does a great job of leaving no excess.

The shape and texture of this spatula is excellent. I broke the one I got with the Twister jar but using to knead some heavy dough (my mistake) and felt so upset I ruined one of the best bowl scrapers/spatulas I ever had that I had to get a replacement. It really does a great job.Update 2020: so I've had this spatula 5 years now and still love the shape of the silicon portion BUT the handle is weak and snaps easily and the actual silicon portion easily slips off. I find myself reaching for other all silicon spatulas in my pantry much more often.
