UPDATE 2/11/26- As it turns out, a low battery seems to have been causing the random readings and instability. I would not have expected that but wanted to set the record straight. It is back to functioning as designed with a new battery. If you have a similar problem (mentioned below) try changing the battery. Original review: I used it a few times when I first got it and it seemed fine, but the last few times the display bounces around random numbers and segments of the digits are missing. Even if they did show fully the values aren’t right. I’m forced to use the printed scale on the stem and do my best at precision. Wouldn’t buy this again.

A fairly impressive caliper for the price . It certainly is not an Absolute Caliper, but at 1/10 the price it is very good and much easier to read than a vernier caliper --and generally more accurate. For a machinist, or an engine builder, this is not the caliper that you want -- spend the big money -- but for a home hobbyist, this should be suitable. It is infinitely better than those plastic calipers that you may find for half the price . On the caliper that I received, the wrong replacement battery was supplied -- but the pre-installed battery was good and is of a very common type .

I retired from work and missed this tool I had used daily. I am so happy to own my own caliber. Works smoothly and I find so many reasons to use it.

I bought this Caliper Measuring Tool specifically to measure inline skate wheels, and it works perfectly! The measurements are precise and easy to read, making it a breeze to get the exact wheel measurement. Beyond just inline skate wheels, I can already see how useful this tool will be for other tasks around the house and in my workshop, like measuring small parts, bolts, and other components that require accuracy. Very difficult to work with in tight spaces. I purchased to use in measuring belts on a golf cart and the length made this exceedingly difficult without removing the belt first (which in most cases you don't want to do unless the belt measures an insufficient width requiring a change). Even worse, there is a small plastic cap that goes over the battery compartment to hold the battery in. This fell off on my very first use of the caliper and of course fell into a cavity where it will remain until the end of time. I had hoped to get more than one use out of this tool.....my mistake/loss.

He tenido varios calibres pero nunca ninguno con medidor digital. La verdad es que es muy buen calibre y tiene una relación calidad precio a mi parecer muy buena. Cuenta con una pantalla grande y una precisión de 2 decimales, más que suficiente para alguien que no es un profesional y no necesita una precisión extrema. Cuenta con una rueda para afinar mejor la medida y otra rueda para fijar la medida y poder llevarnos el calibre con la medida tomada por si no lo vemos o deseamos compararlo con otra pieza. Un detalle que me ha gustado mucho es que incluye una pila LR44 a 1.5V, la cual viene ya puesta en el calibre y otra de repuesto. Esto es un detalle que ayuda mucho para darle las 5 estrellas. El calibre se apaga desde el botón de on/off pero para encenderlo, basta con abrirlo y el solo se enciende. También cuenta con un botón de puesta a 0 por si fuera necesario re-calibrarlo o ponerlo a 0 en otra posición que no fuera cerrado. La amplitud máxima del calibre considero que es suficiente, es estándar de 150mm Otra cosa a destacar es que viene en un estuche de plástico para que no se ensucie y poder guardarlo y alargar su vida útil. En conclusión gracias a su construcción en acero inoxidable y a las prestaciones mencionadas anteriormente, considero que es un producto muy recomendable.

Als begeisterter DIY'ler bin ich stets auf der Suche nach Werkzeugen, die sowohl präzise als auch erschwinglich sind. Der digitale Messschiebe, erfüllt diese Anforderungen perfekt und hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Zunächst einmal beeindruckt mich die Präzision dieses Messschiebers. Trotz seines erschwinglichen Preises liefert er genaue Messergebnisse, die für die meisten DIY-Projekte mehr als ausreichend sind. Ich habe ihn bereits für verschiedene Aufgaben verwendet, von Holzbearbeitung über die Planung von Ersatzteilen mit CAD Programmen für den 3d Druck bis hin zur Metallbearbeitung, und war jedes Mal mit den Ergebnissen zufrieden. Die Bedienung des Messschiebers ist ebenfalls sehr einfach. Das gut ablesbare LCD-Display zeigt die Messwerte deutlich an, und die Bedienelemente sind intuitiv angeordnet. Auch das Umschalten zwischen metrischen und imperialen Einheiten funktioniert reibungslos. Die Qualität und Haltbarkeit des Messschiebers haben mich ebenfalls überzeugt. Er liegt gut in der Hand und fühlt sich robust an, was wichtig ist, wenn man ihn häufig verwendet. Außerdem wird er mit einer Schutzhülle geliefert, die ihn vor Staub und Schmutz schützt, wenn er nicht in Gebrauch ist. Einziger Negativpunkt ist, dass er ab und zu bereits in der Schutzhülle an ist, da sich der Knopf hierfür sehr leicht drücken lässt. Insgesamt kann ich den digitalen Messschieber jedem Heimwerker empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einem präzisen und dennoch erschwinglichen Messwerkzeug ist. Er hat sich als äußerst nützlich erwiesen und ist ein unverzichtbarer Bestandteil meiner Werkzeugkiste geworden.

Realizzato in acciaio inox, il calibro trasmette subito una sensazione di solidità e resistenza, elementi fondamentali per uno strumento di misurazione. L’ampio display LCD è uno dei suoi punti di forza: leggibile anche in condizioni di scarsa luce, rende la lettura immediata e senza errori. Le misurazioni sono rapide e precise, con la possibilità di passare facilmente da millimetri a pollici premendo un solo pulsante. Ho testato la precisione sia per misure interne, esterne, di profondità e passo, e il risultato è sempre stato affidabile. Altro punto a favore è la funzione di azzeramento in qualsiasi posizione, molto utile quando si devono fare misurazioni relative. Inoltre, lo spegnimento automatico aiuta a preservare la durata della batteria. Nel complesso, si tratta di un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, adatto sia per professionisti che per appassionati del fai-da-te.
