What can I say? This is beef and it’s it is yummy. It smells good. It’s a great breakfast value or just slices with a little cracker on the side and a nice lemonade as you watch a movie. It has good texture and appearance. I think it’s a good quality. That’s the only one that I look for to buy it has no soever so you’re not gonna end up in a running to the kitchen for water. I recommend it.

Decent sausage. Pretty fast delivery. Texture & taste decent. Needed to be refrigerated to cool enough to eat as it was unrefrigerated in summer for delivery.

It was not worth the price I paid. Honestly though it was kind of my fault because I’m not a good online judge of sizes. Yes, even with the size listed. To put in context for those with my infliction it’s about the size of those huge dill pickles you can get in the big glass jar at delis or old country stores.Ps- The sausage is very good just rated lower for pricing.

Taste almost like expensive brand

I’ve eaten five of these Old Wisconsin summer sausages. Not at once (probably). The taste? Consistently delicious. The size? A surprise every time. It’s like a sausage lottery—will it be hefty or humble? Who knows! But I’m not mad.This is my fourth order, which either means I really like it or I’ve become emotionally dependent on cured meat. Either way, these sausages slap.Highly recommend tossing chunks into Suddenly Salad—transforms it from “sad desk lunch” to “Midwest potluck royalty.” Basically, if your pasta salad feels like it needs a sidekick with smoky vibes and mysterious sizing, this is it.
