Q: Are the cover and filling both 100% cotton, or just the cover?

There is not filling here and cover. This is the quilt...and yes it is 100% cotton. I don’t know what is between the layers of quilt. Generally looks good but it is very heavy

Q: How much does the king size weigh?

The item description for king size says 7.43 lbs, but sometimes that is pkg shipping weight. This is a lightweight quilt. I live in the Pacific NW have added an extra blanket thru the fall months and will probably switch to my heavier winter quilt by December. This is a very nice looking quilt.

Q: On the queen size, is 91 the length and 98 the width ?

91in is the width and 98 in is the length. Do not be fooled by the picture. I love my set but had to buy a skirt. The quilt doesn't go down to the floor. Now you can't see the blankets underneath.

Q: Are there matching curtains?

Bedspread comes with only 2 pillow shams.
