High Absorption Zinc Complex

I have a skin condition called hidradenitis suppurativa (don't look it up if you want to hold down your lunch, though mine is a mild case). It's a rare and not particularly treatable disease. Decent quality ingredients from a good brand

The title tells you all you need to know. As a man, you’ll understand instinctively what I’m on about. Try it - but give it time, as maximum benefits take more than 3 months to attain. What I will say is this has been the best zinc I’ve taken because I just find it highly absorbable, powerful and usable over the long term because it is balanced with copper (research the importance of that for yourself).
