I purchased this recently and was extremely skeptical but I have been in so much pain I was willing to try it. This has helped me so much! I’m thrilled over how well this works for me. It looks like a Lobster with Barnacles but those Nubs as the call them has worked miracles on the back of my neck, shoulders and trapezius areas. I lay on this and move around so that the nubs hit my pressure points for about 15 minutes a night or whenever I need pain release in these areas. The rubber is hard and seems like it could last forever. Very reasonably priced

I do like this product but it did not unpinch the nerve unfortunately.

It is much, much lighter by weight than the other version, the rubber-like material feels different than the name brand version. Even so, when I am laying on it, there is no difference. I use it not only supine under thoracic spine, but also prone for psoas/ iliacus and also under ribs. I use it for professional body work and also recommend this to clients.

Delivery of this product was really slow. And when I finally received it this product did absolutely nothing to improve my back. It’s just soft foam rubber. I tried to cancel this item after a long wait but the company refused to cancel my order!

Wow! I just got this and within 10 minutes I’ve had more relief than I’ve had in 20 years. After our first kid I spent all my time rounded over feeding, holding ..I’ve done everything , drs apts , X-rays , chiros, massage memberships, yoga. I’ve bought tons and tons of gadgets, stretchers , massagers , pillows .. nothing made even the slightest of difference .. even for a short time. This is not rigid plastic but very hard “foam” … idk what it’s made of .. as soon as I laid down on it my back cracked like 10 times. From mid back to neck.. my rounded shoulders are stretched exactly where they need. I feel years younger than I did 30 min ago. Even if it never works again.. it was worth the cost for this moment.

I really like this lobster! I lay on it when I have upper back discomfort. Sometimes my back cracks right away. I can feel the stretch when the muscles are tight. If my low back feels uncomfortable also I will lay on it and slowly work it down my spine and I feel multiple cracks on the way down. It definitely leaves me feeling better by the time I’m done!
