SO FAR SO GOOD

NEED TO DIET
The manufacturers should make it clear thst these only work if in support of a diet - ideally Ketogenic. They mislead the public by giving the impression that you will lose several pounds a week just by taking 2 a day. Not true. I have tried them for four weeks and have lost 7lb and also some "flab". Will try for a further month. I cannot do Ketogenic- it makes me ill- and - although I do eat some fish and meat I cannot consume them in the quantities needed to make keto work.

Waste of money
Bought these for my wife who followed the instructions implicitly. No effect, didn't lose weight at all. A complete waste of money and did not do what it claims to.
