I was a bit unsure about this product but It's amazing! Instead of senna everyday and pre biotics and probiotics this has totally replaced them all. It does exactly what it is meant to. Gut health is 100 percent better now. It's very effective this will always be my go to product from now on. It doesnt taste of anything because they are in a clear capsule. Easy to swallow. Ideal for those on their Manjaro or wegovy journey. This will help keep you regular. Absolutely fantastic value as its an all in one. My energy levels have increased too. I've tried Psyllium Husk in powder form, one mixed with water and drunk, and the second one, mixed into food. Both of these were messy to take. These capsules are large but easy to take and by far, the most convenient way to take husks. I take the two capsules after breakfast (porridge). They really do work. Keeps me regular. Highly recommended. Far better than husk in powder form.

This works perfectly, without having to drink 'gloop'!!

I previously used the Bulk Psyllium Husk powder which, in all fairness, I had a lot more than the recommended dose in order to increase my fibre intake. The powder can be difficult to mix with food/shakes therefore I decided to try a tablet format.These tablets are easy to swallow but I wonder whether the dosage is high enough as I haven’t noticed the same digestive benefits as when I used the powder. I am tempted to increase the dosage to three tablets to see if that makes a difference

Been taking this fibre supplement for a while. Great to help regular bowel movements - from someone who’s been constipated a lot 🤣Will continue to purchase

I've been taking these for a while and haven't really noticed any difference yet.....the capsules are quite large and don't taste great. Not sure how i feel about these but will stick with them as there's a lot left!

Without going into great detail, I've struggled with my bowls for most of my life. Sat on the toilet at 3am in the morning practically in tears because I'd been there for a while and it seemed endless, I googled if there were any magic solutions because I was absolutely desperate, last time I googled I found nothing, this time a year old reddit post mentioned this product and someone else commented agreeing, out of absolute desperation I found some on Amazon [I'd have tried drinking holy poop water if someone told me it would work at that point]. Came the same day [8pm] took 2, went to bed and woke up and my bowel symptoms almost all gone [doesn't take much pain away though- but that wasnt my main issue]. Took another 2 and by the days end my bowels were like any normal persons, something I'd not had since I was probably a child, not sure if it was pure coincidence or me praying to every God possible the night prior or the tablets. I waited until I went for a number 2, again I won't go into detail but I've never in absolutely years been in less then 2 Minutes, but this time I was, not just a fluke either as every day since my bowels have remained almost normal and so have my toilet visits.I usually wouldn't talk about my bowels especially on a review, but I genuinely can't tell you how much these have changed my life. I've been to doctor, after doctor, who's given me different tablets and diagnosis everytime I see them, and nothing ever properly works.
