I bought 6 different enzyme cleaners this month and this one is my favorite . First it has subtle scent that doesn’t smell like more urine ! Second it works amazingly perfect when you use it the right way . I spray it on my bathroom toilet which includes any parts or screws attached to the seats including surroundings , the seat cover, the bowl , just basically spray it all . I spray the floors as well and the baseboard , I have a 6 year old and he likes to go crazy peeing on everything !! This has annoyed me so much to the point I had to throw away a whole seat cover . Then the smell came back with the new cover and the only thing that combats this problem is using the spray . You have to let it sit !! Don’t wipe , don’t clean , just spray and close the door behind you . When u come back the smell of urine will be gone . If u want to clean the residue at a later date u certainly can , but I usually just spray and forget it . He pees every day so for me I just spray and forget it and once a week I’ll come back and use another cleaner to wipe down any residue if there is any . Usually it kinda just disappears mostly on its own , like it’s one with the urine ! When you have a son , this is gonna be your best friend , it’s literally a daily spray for me , like you know how people clean their kitchen counters and wash the dishes daily , make this your daily routine .

my dad has dementia. it's at the point where he's incontinent now, and our house always faintly smells like urine unfortunately. fabuloso can only do so much. so i decided to try this product out, and it worked so well that i bought the gallon version. it's easy to use, and i'm able to clean just about anything with it. aside from using it for urine, i tried to use it in the shower too and it made me feel like the shower was cleaner overall. i also tried to pour some down the drain like instructed because my sink is a little cloggy and that helped fix it too! really thankful for this product.

The only thing that got the smell out!! My male dog keeps marking the carpet and some furniture when left alone. I have a shark carpet cleaner and tried so many products before this and couldn’t get the smell out. I use this as a pre treatment then clean with hot water if the smell is persistent I treat with oxy clean powder for 5-15 min then clean again with the upholstery cleaner using the enzyme spray making sure to suck up as much liquid as possible. Really gets rid of the smell forever.

I’ve seen a lot of people questioning the difference between the multi purpose enzyme cleaner and the pet odor and stain remover… and I myself had the same question. I searched everywhere for an answer and even contacted the company directly trying to get an answer to no avail.So. I had already bought the multi purpose enzyme cleaner several times and used it to clean things that smell like dog, dog pee, poop. I’ve also given some to friends that had cats… and it seemed to work well for everyone. I’ve used it in the washing machine several times and it was fine.I just recently purchased the pet stain and odor remover bottle, just to basically see the difference. I thought maybe it was more potent or something? Why would it be called that unless it was better suited for pet odor?Welp. I was wrong.The difference is, the multi purpose enzyme cleaner is concentrated. The pet stain and odor remover is not.Thats it.So you’re paying the same price for the pet stain one and getting less product. The scent is the same. Everything is the same.Stick with the multi purpose enzyme cleaner.Ive included pics of both bottles and their labels for comparison.While the multi purpose enzyme cleaner works well, ive given 4 stars because no matter which scent I buy, it’s weak. The scent needs to be stronger for sure. But it will definitely get rid of even the most ammonia infested stank from animal pee. I also use it to clean my hamster cage.

I use this to mop and put down our drains. It makes a remarkable difference and smells good too. Will continue to rebuy

For us, this doesn’t totally take the smell out of the carpet where my cat pees. I’ll treat it multiple times and it won’t work. However, if my cat pees on a blanket or a towel and I pour this on that, then throw it in the wash, it works and takes the smell out completely when most other things don’t work. So, 3 stars for using it in the laundry, but can’t give it 5 stars for carpet smells, which is what I bought it for.

So glad I discovered enzymatic cleaner for my dogs and children!
