Easy to install and are effective.

Nothing wrong, just my door would support it.
Hardware was fine, but my application ended up not working out. The build of the shed door wasn't a good fit for this bracket style. I sent this back but again, no fault of the product, it was the door build that had thin exterior sheeting and there just wasn't enough material to mount this hardware well. The exterior sheeting would have broken apart because it was so thing.

Does what it should
I used this on the gate for my privacy fence. It's well built and easy to install. Keeps the gate secure and should last for years to come. Seems well made and does what it's supposed to.

Decent, But Limited by the Design
Overall, this bolt gate drop is fine and feels sturdy, but the design does limit how you can use it. It has small notches in the bolt that only allow it to function in an up-and-down position. I originally wanted to use it sideways to secure my gate, but because of those notches, that’s not an option. It will work if you’re using it vertically, but just be aware it’s not as versatile as I had hoped.
