I use these in my sinus rinse bottle. I like they are individual uses. I have used them several times and still have a lot left. I just keep them in my closet whenever I have a problem with my sinuses. Just open up the packet and pour into the sinus rinse bottle. I always shake it up before use. That way the salt is evenly distributed.

Like that it’s already pre mixed and the size is perfect. Easy to use and enough uses to last for a while.

[This might be gross]WOW. This was incredible. While pouring this solution through my sinuses was an absolutely miserable experience, it felt like snorting chlorine in a swimming pool. The aftermath was like coming up from the air after being stuck at the bottom of that same swimming pool for minutes. When I blew my nose directly after, I was completely blown away by the amount of stuff being held in my sinuses, and I felt like I could finally breathe normally for the first time in days.

It is great product to get a good sleep

My doctor told me to get this never heard of it before, but I knew I could find it on. Amazon works very well. Glad I ordered one.

I have had this type of nettipot previously and liked it. This one only lasted for one use. After the first use the water would just pour out the sides. I figured out the little valve must have popped out and maybe went down the drain. I didn't handle it roughly as I rinsed it out so it must have been defectively weak.I would say 5 stars for the one time it worked. It served the purpose. I wanted to give it one star because of the defect but I am not taking the time to return it for replacement to try again so that wouldn't be fair.
